COVID-19 Update - Announcement from TechnologyOne
Brisbane, 14 March 2020
Our solutions and services are critical to your organisation and we are taking all the steps necessary to ensure continuity of service to you.
In light of the current and evolving COVID-19 event, we activated our Critical Incident Response Plan (CIRP) about a month ago to monitor the situation and enact our business continuity plans as required.
We are complying with best practice in managing the health and safety of our staff, customers and suppliers.
With countries closing their borders and significant elevations in incidents around the world, we have made the decision to cancel all international travel. Domestically, we will postpone any events scheduled with more than 20 people until further notice. We will continue to monitor developments and the advice of expert authorities.
Importantly, I can assure you we are able to provide business continuity during this uncertain time. Our business has been specifically designed around our SaaS platform which allows our staff and our SaaS customers to work collaboratively 24 x 7 from anywhere in the world.
Our teams are located around the world, and together, we have the capability, and systems in place to operate remotely when necessary with no loss of continuity. Likewise, staff in a region are able if necessary, to take over workload from another region. While this may not be needed, it’s important that you know we can still provide our services whether we are in the office or not.
Lastly, our SaaS solution is provided from 3 availability zones, with every transaction mirrored across each availability zone to provide a non-stop active/active service if an availability zone becomes unavailable due to some unexpected interruption.
Safety is our primary focus; our products and solutions are specifically designed to support a mobile workforce; and we have built and tested our internal processes to provide effective continuity of service regardless of location.
If you have any issues or concerns, please contact the Regional Manager in your location.
Regards
Edward Chung
Chief Executive Officer
