24 Nov 2020 – Two longstanding customers of TechnologyOne have participated in the co-development of a new Digital Experience Platform (DXP), which will benefit both council staff and constituents.
Tablelands Regional Council and Shellharbour City Council partnered with TechnologyOne to design and refine the DXP app, specifically identifying and addressing how to meet complex governance requirements of official council meetings.
According to Ed Chung, CEO of TechnologyOne, DXP is designed to provide a modern mobile user experience, expanding the power of Software as a Service (SaaS) to benefit both back office and front office staff and eventually - the local rate payer.
“With powerful workflow capabilities, DXP’s ability to plan, schedule and track meeting decisions is simplified and can be done on any device, anywhere, at any time.
“This makes DXP a great fit for councils and government entities that need to operate within a strict regulatory framework, and demonstrate transparency and efficiencies to their constituents,” Mr Chung said.
DXP is available to TechnologyOne SaaS customers on the 2020A release or higher.
TechnologyOne has been working with local government for 30 years, with its OneCouncil global SaaS ERP solution used by more than 330 councils in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom
