Manage the lodgement of cash bonds and secured guarantees for activities such as development applications and service provision contract obligations. Council will realise the benefits of properly managed and process-driven secured deposits with an accurate indication of council liability to third parties. The module has the ability to differentiate between bond and guarantee types and their differing processing requirements and liabilities. This module handles all aspects of the process, including charge generation and transaction summaries, receipts, refunds, draw downs and staged releases. For simplified administration of account monitoring, suspension of actions, arranging payment schedules and tracking costs associated with collections. This module provides councils with a totally integrated and automated toolset to track funds and handle the production of standard notices such as reminders and final notices. The module also manages correspondence with third party organisations involved in the recovery of money owed.

Identify duplicated names and contact information in the central Property Nucleus with a sophisticated module that uses a weighted criteria to define duplicates and ensure contacts with the same name are not deleted without an approval process.  Upon confirmation, automatically merge and cleanse data. Realise significant cost savings using the Australia Post Office (APO) DPID barcode for addressed mail, which will reduce postage costs and improve the accuracy of delivery.
