TechnologyOne iCouncil Public enables the community to interact easily with their local council. Through its Report a Problem functionality, residents can inform their council of issues such as a pot holes or missed rubbish bins. It’s simple to submit a photo, the GPS location and a message. The application then sends this information email directly to the relevant council.

The emails produced by the application are submitted to the customer service email address for your council.
These emails are similar to an email that a smartphone user may submit
normally user their standard email program. The content of an iCouncil free email
is usually superior, however, as it incorporates a map, a geospatial reference and can include a photograph to
identify the problem.
