We have been continually profitable since 1992, returning compound annual growth of 30% net profit after tax and a return on equity of 30% per annum. Our half year ending 31 March 2010 shows continued growth, with Net Profit After Tax up 47% on the previous comparative period. The company's revenue for the first half was $59.2m (up 6%), with Net Profit Before Tax of $6.9m (up 38%) and Net Profit After Tax $5.7m (up 47%). Expenses excluding R&D were $39.6m (up 3%) with R&D expenses $12.7m (up 1% on the previous comparative period).
TechnologyOne has a total commitment to full market disclosure and, unusually for a company in the technology sector, we fully expense our R&D to ensure a clean and transparent balance sheet.
The company also has a proud history of continuing to provide dividends to shareholders with one of the highest dividend yields on the ASX.
TechnologyOne's software is currently installed in hundreds of leading, well known organisations across Australasia and the company has 13 offices located in each State and Territory of Australia, as well as New Zealand, Asia and the UK.
